- 4 16oz cans of Southern Apple Hard Cider
- 1 tbs orange peel
- 2 star anise
- ½ tsp cloves
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Combine all spices together in a cheesecloth.
- Fill large pot with 4 160z cans of Southern Apple Hard Cider.
- Add spices to pot.
- Set pot on med-high eye. Wait until hot/steamy, then reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 30 – 45 minutes.
- Remove spices.
- Serve and enjoy!
